CROSS COUNTRY

Practice officially begins on Monday, August 5. All athletes must have the required athletic paperwork uploaded to ArbiterSports before Monday and be cleared by the athletic department in order to participate. Athletes cannot practice unless they’ve been cleared but can observe practices until then.
