Ready to donate? We're hosting a blood drive at Arizona Lutheran Academy on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visit https://vit.la/acvu0z to schedule an appointment.

Students ages 16+ can donate blood. Parents, please complete this blood drive consent form for students aged 16-17.
