PARENTS OF SENIORS

The 2025-26 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is now open and available for you to complete. (Please be sure to use the 25-26 form, NOT the 24-25 form.) You and your senior must create an FSA ID (which takes 2-3 days for verification). You can create that account and complete your FAFSA at the following link: https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.


By completing the FAFSA, students may receive government financial aid in the form of Pell Grants, loans, and work-study (these are income-based financial aid). In addition, colleges use this form to determine eligibility for “in-house” financial aid. It is best if you complete the FAFSA as soon as possible. Make it a goal to complete this together by the end of Christmas break!
