What is the Build Up program? The purpose of the Build Up program is to connect high school students with Christian men and women who work (or have worked) in various trades jobs. The adults teach, train, & mentor students in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and more through hands-on projects. Opportunities exist to encourage and build up teens in their faith as well.
Mr. Roger Wendt and his team of 13 adult mentors have some exciting plans for the school year. With projects on campus and projects that would engage ALA students in putting their newly acquired skills into practice by helping needy or elderly homeowners with minor repairs or improvements to their homes.

The next session of Build Up AZ is Saturday, September 28, from 8a - noon.
Sign your child up here (unless they have already signed up). Students must sign up for each individual event, even if they’ve done this before. This will help the planning process.
