BUILD UP AZ

Today we met with all students who are not in a fall sport and introduced Build Up AZ. This program is familiar to most of you, and for new families, there was a brief introduction at New Student Orientation.

We have faithful, dedicated mentors who would love to spend some time with your child to teach them about tool safety and building things. These are terrific life skills, and they’re offering their services free of charge! And if you as parents want to be a part, you would be welcome too!

We have four dates coming up in September to be held after school, 3:15-5:15. We are asking for a commitment to attend at least three of the four to get a full taste of what this can offer. Non-sports students would have the time to be a part of this opportunity.

September dates: 9/8, 9/10, 9/15, 9/17
