DRESSCODE NOTE

A note about dress code updates went out before school started. We wanted to follow up with the complete wording that is included in this year’s handbook regarding the change:

“Sleeveless shirts, blouses, and dresses are permitted, provided they are modest and appropriately fitted. Shoulder straps or fabric covering the shoulder must be at least 1 inch wide. Clothing may not be low-cut, excessively tight or form-fitting, or expose cleavage, bra straps, or midriff (includes when bending or reaching at locker). Racerback-style tank tops, spaghetti straps, halter tops, backless tops, and similar garments are not permitted.”

You are encouraged to read through the full dress code with your student here: Handbook

2027 EUROPE TRIP MEETING REMINDER

There is an organizational meeting tomorrow night at 6:00 pm for the 2027 Europe trip. This is for all students who paid the deposit. We would like one parent to attend as well so we can answer all questions.

We have 2 or 3 spots open for other interested students who did not sign up during the summer. If you are interested in going on the trip, talk to Mr. Meyer and plan on attending the meeting. *This trip is for juniors and seniors only.

DONUTNV

DonutNV will be at the Varsity football game on Thursday, September 3, from 6 pm until the end of the third quarter.

Thursday Night Football kickoff: 7 pm

Coyote Hype Zone theme: USA Night

ATTENTION SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS

The PSAT will take place on Tuesday, October 27, on campus. Juniors planning to attend college are strongly encouraged to take it; sophomores can take it as well. Sign up using the form in your Google Classroom. There is no fee for this test.

Please encourage your student to sign up as soon as possible so we can plan well. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. McKenney.
