MASSEY FAMILY SUPPORT

Friends of the family are raising funds for the family of Pastor Kirk Massey Jr., who was called home to his Savior's side on Tuesday, October 8, in Whiteriver, AZ. Pastor Massey is the father of two ALA alumni and one current student.

Kirk was a devoted and loving husband and father who instilled in his family his firm hope of heaven that they now take comfort in. Kirk leaves behind his wife, Sheree, and five children, Michael, Marcus, Leah, Lindsey, and Meghan.

Kirk and Sheree were led by their Lord to serve the Apache people in a number of capacities prior to Kirk's completion of his pastoral training in 2015. Since then he had faithfully served the congregation of Open Bible in Whiteriver on the White Mountain Apache Reservation and the congregation of Shepherd of the Pines in McNary, AZ. Kirk enjoyed interacting with everyone he met and loved to support others through his encouragements and through the good news of the Gospel.

We are asking for your generous financial support of a fund that will help the Masseys cover immediate funeral costs and other expenses. This fund will also assist the family in the future as they secure permanent housing, pay for Lutheran school tuition, college education, and support the needs of Sheree and the kids.
