SERVICE HOURS: HERE'S WHAT'S NEW!

As a part of educating our students about the importance, privilege, and joy of serving others, each student is to complete a set number of hours of service.

New for 2025-26: We've revised the way students submit their service hours. Instead of writing on a paper form, students will now submit their service hours using a Google form.

The benefits:

• eliminates lost forms
• allows students to submit hours after each activity

Here's what's new (highlighted in green below):

NEW: Submit your service hours using an online form.

AT the service project:

1. NEW: Take a photo of you with the supervisor when serving
2. Ask the supervisor for contact info

AFTER the service project:

1. Click the "Google form" button on the service webpage: ALAcoyotes.org/service
2. Share the project details and the photo.

If a student has already completed hours using the old form, that's okay! Have your student contact Pastor Bode at Bode@ALAcoyotes.org, and he'll walk him/her through the next steps.
