Our first official Gala planning meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept 3 from 5:00- 6:00pm at Black Rock coffee in Laveen.
- We keep the meetings to one hour
- We meet once each month from Sept- March. (So that's only 7 meetings.)
- For our Oct-March meetings, we also offer a virtual meeting option, so if you live out of town or can't get to ALA on a weeknight, you can still join the team.
