They say it takes a village, but after seeing the results of our Gala Student Competition, I think "village" might be an understatement. It is truly wonderful to see our AZ Lutheran family working together to support our students!
I am writing to thank every single one of you who contributed to our auction. Whether you asked for donations, or provided a cash gift, a hand-crafted item, a themed basket, a donation for the NHS baskets, or an item from our Amazon wish list, your generosity has been incredible. You will receive (or may have already received) a separate note for your tax records, but I wanted to reach out and say thank you.
Our Gala team is currently busy adding these items to our auction catalog so we are ready for bidding to open online on March 25.
The Gala is an amazing night of support for our students, and we would love to have you attend as a guest or volunteer. As one parent shared, "I can see this is the event of the year!" It is always heart-warming to see the generosity of our Gala guests—many of whom give not because they know a student personally, but simply because they value Christian education. We would love for you to join us at the Gala on March 28, if you are able!
