If your student needs to have medication at school for a specific circumstance or just in general (Ibuprofen, Tylenol), they need to have a form filled out for them. You can find this medication form on the resources page of
ALAcoyotes.org or in the office at the front desk. This form needs to be signed by at least one parent providing permission for us to give the medication to your child. All medication needs to be in the original bottle with dosage information clearly stated.
